By using PartsBay you agree to these terms. PartsBay is a marketplace platform connecting parts suppliers with workshops and retail customers in South Africa.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• PartsBay reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• Prices shown are estimates from suppliers and may vary.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by suppliers.
• Returns and warranties are handled directly with the supplier.

• Suppliers must list accurate stock quantities and prices.
• Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders.
• PartsBay charges a 10% commission on all completed orders.
• Suppliers must be legitimate registered businesses or sole traders.

• All payments are processed securely by PayFast.
• PartsBay does not store any card or banking details.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days where applicable.

• No fake listings
• No fraudulent orders
• No misrepresentation of parts condition
• No harassment of other users

PartsBay is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of parts supplied by third-party suppliers. Disputes between buyers and suppliers must be resolved directly between the parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

PartsBay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
